New York is an old city. Some houses and apartments are at least 50 years old or more.

Styles and colors change over the years. What to do if people get tired of seeing the same color?

Three choices are available:

  Advantage= Save some money

• Refinish tile and bathtub to any desire of color.
  Average= Save a lot of money. Ready to use after 24 hours.
  Disadvantage= None

Here is an example of an apartment when the old brown tile was removed and replaced with brand new tile. The bathtub has been refinished to white.
